About ME

Micah Dortch has made a name for himself as problem solver. With over 15 years experience in Asia sourcing and product development he has helped dozens of across a variety of product categories implement the most effective sourcing strategy.


Micah implements progressive supply chain strategies that enable evolving business models and accelerate merger integration and enterprise growth.


Micah previously served as the head of Global Sourcing Chain Management for PACCAR parts, overseeing purchasing activities for a $2 Billion business unit across Asia Pacific. In this role, he built supplier capabilities and implemented global sourcing strategies that allowed for greater business flexibility and cost efficiencies.


Micah began his career at The Home Depot, holding a variety of positions in operations, lean manufacturing, purchasing and quality assurance. His experiences living and working in diverse cultures around the world have given Micah a unique and deep knowledge of how to effectively partner with the business to drive transformational strategies and innovation.


Micah earned a bachelor’a degree from Dartmouth College and studied Chinese at the prestigious Beijing Normal University. He is a Certified Professional in Supply Management® and Six Sigma black belt.


Micah and his wife have two children are bi-coastal splitting their time being Shanghai and Seattle.
